We start with what isn’t working, how the household actually uses the room day to day, the home’s approximate age, and a realistic budget range.

Measure & define
Actual dimensions, existing utilities, access constraints, and site conditions turn a wish list into a scope that can be priced honestly.

Design & select
Layout, fixtures, surfaces, and lighting get decided — along with anything with a long lead time — before demolition starts, not during it.

Price & schedule
You get a written scope: assumptions, allowances, exclusions, payment schedule, and a timeline you can actually plan around.

Build & communicate
Protection goes down first, then demolition, rough-in, inspections, and finish work follow the sequence we agreed on, with regular updates along the way.

Walk through & close
We walk the finished room together, cover care and warranty terms, and hand over documentation for your records.
